About us and contacts

abruzzoparchi.it is a free guide to Abruzzo, born from a love of its mountains, its parks and its people. Its pages cover trekking, skiing, lakes, towns and villages, traditional food and local products.

We gather information from verifiable sources: contacts of producers, wineries and businesses are taken only from their official websites, and photos that are not ours come from freely licensed archives, credited to their authors.

It is an independent, non-profit project: we do it to make Abruzzo better known and to help visitors enjoy it more.

We do not have photos of every product, dish and place we write about: on many pages there is an illustration instead. You can help us by sending your photos of local products, Abruzzo dishes or landscapes.

• Write to foto@abruzzoparchi.it.
• Tell us the page where you would like the photo to appear (the link is enough).
• Tell us your name as you want it to appear in the credits, and where and when you took the photo.
• Only send photos you took yourself: by sending them you allow us to use them on the site, with your name in the credits.
• For dishes and products we only use photos of the Abruzzo version: if a photo is not suitable, we will explain why.

We try to check everything, but some errors may slip through. If you find one, write to segnalazioni@abruzzoparchi.it giving:

• the page (the link) where you found the error;
• the wrong text, copied as it is;
• the replacement text, that is the correct version, and the source if you can.

Every report is checked before we change the page: if needed, we will contact you again for more information.

If a page does not open, a link leads to a page that does not exist or an image does not show, write to errori@abruzzoparchi.it: give the page, the browser and the device you use (computer, phone, tablet).

We use your email address only to reply to you and never pass it on.
