The heart of the Park is in Pescasseroli, home to the main headquarters and visitor centers.
Here you can obtain the official tourist–hiking map (scale 1:25,000), updated in 2024,
which includes 158 trails suitable for hiking, horseback riding, or mountain biking.
The trail network extends for over 750 km, marked with the international white–red–white signage.
